How about the Rochester Plant Engineers 2026 Annual Nick D’Argento Memorial Scholarship Golf event this year? I don’t know how Matt Agnello pulled it off to get us into Brooklea Country club this year; but I have to say, what a course to play!!! Kicking things off, at 9:00 am the registration tables went smooth receiving a bag of goodies and purchasing the mulligan balls and golf course support staff helping to find your cart. Being a breakfast guy, up on the patio with a nice view of the course was the breakfast sandwiches which were tasty.
At 10:00 am it was go time for everyone to head out onto the course and start the game. A few beverages of your choice, maybe a cigar to help make some good, honest hits of the ball. The course was challenging and ball speeds changed throughout the day as the sun warmed up the greens. Oh yeah…. how about that weather, a beautiful day it was…. not too hot, sun just right in that sky……Tom Ward; father time as we call him, has a bit of a relationship with mother nature, he put in a good word for us and delivered.
